I just finished Chris' book. OMG. Didn't see it coming. Great book. Ask him when his next one will be out 👏👏🤩

 It was not my intention to read it all in one day but once I started it, I couldn’t put it down! This book is well written. The characters are well developed and the story kept me guessing until the end! Loved it!

Chris has skillfully hooked newspaper readers for decades, pulling them through rich, vivid narratives with great élan, while working as a journalist for regional papers and the New York Times. The old journalism joke is that "every journalist is a novelist." The quiet part of that quip is that not every journalist should be. Thankfully for readers, Chris genuinely is both a journalist and a novelist.

I just finished reading GS last night! It was a blast to read. I feel like I learned so many great reporting skills and the story was really well woven. Bravo!!
